Star Wars Rebels – Soundtrack

Nota Original (18/09/2016):

Star Wars Rebels es una serie para la televisión animada con imágenes generadas por computadora (CGI por sus siglas en inglés) producida por Lucasfilm Animation. La serie se estrenó en Estados Unidos en octubre del 2014 (aunque presentó cuatro cortos unas semanas antes de su debut), cumpliendo una primer temporada de 15 episodios y continuando con una segunda temporada de 22 capítulos. Rebels está a punto de comenzar su tercera temporada, que inicia transmisiones en su país de origen este 24 de septiembre y contará también con 22 episodios.

La trama se sitúa catorce años después de Star Wars: Episodio III – La Venganza de los Sith y cinco años antes de Star Wars: Episodio IV – Una Nueva Esperanza y por tal motivo transcurre en una era donde el Imperio Galáctico controla casi toda la galaxia. Las fuerzas imperiales están cazando a todos los caballeros Jedi que quedan pero al mismo tiempo la rebelión en contra del Imperio se está formando. Es aquí donde conoceremos a un grupo de rebeldes quienes a bordo de una nave llamada “Ghost” realizarán misiones en contra del Imperio en los alrededores del planeta Lothal. Ellos son Ezra (un estafador con buenos reflejos), Kanan (sobreviviente Jedi que ha evitado al Imperio durante años), Hera (piloto y luchadora habilidosa), Sabine (le gusta explotar cosas), Zeb (el músculo del equipo) y Chopper (C1-10P, un robot gruñón y bromista).

Para los fans que están esperando los nuevos episodios, Walt Disney Records publicó este fin de semana el soundtrack oficial de la primer temporada que fue compuesto por Kevin Kiner. Pueden escucharlo a continuación, son 28 pistas que juntas duran 45 minutos aproximadamente.

(30/09/2016): El día de hoy se ha publicado de manera oficial el soundtrack de la segunda temporada y para los que quieran escucharlo, lo podrán hacer al final de esta entrada (bajo la banda sonora de la primer temporada). Este score también fue compuesto por Kevin Kiner.
